If you can be home at the time, we usually charge $925 for a pump-out and refill package. We will supervise to ensure the manufacturer's recommended pump-out and refill instructions are followed, which is important to lessen the likelihood of the plant's concrete walls or seal cracking from too much weight of [waste]water on one side. We will also clean the primary chambers and then the refill will begin. If you are a new customer, we will carry out a complimentary service.

 

If we need to refill using a water carrier instead, our price for the Pump-out/Refill Package is usually $1060 for the Greenbank and Jimboomba areas and $1110 for most other areas (or you are welcome to use your own water carrier).
